Prior to working in the Gilman real estate business, Donny’s work ethic was cut by working at a feed store bucking hay. Immediately after graduating from high school, he went to work traveling throughout the United States and Canada selling the vision for the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRI). He worked alongside his dad promoting what is today the world’s largest industrial center located in Storey County, Nevada and just 25 minutes from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
Not one to let grass grow under his feet, Donny simultaneously served as General Manager of the Gilman-owned Harley Davidson Carson City and remained in that position until it was sold in 2003.
Today, he continues to have a hand in TRI, turning his focus to the company’s commercial and new residential real estate office. Overseeing an office of eight team members, Donny leads the efforts to provide exceptional service with a team of community involved agents dedicated to ensuring the northern Nevada region.
Donny works alongside his wife, Megan. When not working, they spend time with their three kids enjoying the outdoors fishing, camping, house boating, riding horses, dirt bikes and utv’s.
Donny’s focus is on business operations, business development and financial management with the goal to grow the company into a premier real estate agency.

Before relocating to the Reno area, I started my Real Estate career in Elko, NV. I began my education while working as a Poker Room Manager in Elko for 2 years. I transitioned to being a full time Realtor® in 2012 and quickly became a top producer within the area. While in Elko, I was the only representative of HUD homes in Northeastern Nevada, allowing me to travel all over the state and falling in love with all Nevada has to offer. In 2014 I relocated in to the Reno area to further expand my Real Estate career. Chris’s unique first hand experience in business development, expertise inside the real estate market, solar, retail, and manufacturing industries offer him important insight and depth of understanding the trends in today’s marketplace. Before joining L. Lance Gilman Real Estate, Chris was a real estate broker/investor in Florida and the Reno/Tahoe area for 7 years, as well as a private mortgage loan officer for the largest mortgage provider in America. He also started and built a brand of clothing into a 20 store chain and was a top 10 sales leader out of 4000 sales people for a Fortune 1000 company. With inside information into the real estate, lending and other industries, Chris not only has an understanding for today’s real estate Buyer and Seller needs, but has also built relationships gaining him access to today’s prominent businesses that are relocating to the Reno/Tahoe area. The sales, marketing and public relations skills that Chris has gained within the real estate, solar, retail, and manufacturing areas are instrumental in building his client-focused book of business. Additionally Chris enjoys playing and coaching youth sports with his two young sons and is an avid skier and runner -including captain of his Tahoe Reno Odyssey relay running team.
Dennis Stafford has lived in northern Nevada since 1994 and became a full-time Nevada Realtor in 2006. Prior to that, his career included founding and co-owning a successful company for over 25 years and leading the launch of the largest hospital group purchasing program in the U.S. As the executive director for the for-profit subsidiary of a large hospital trade association, he was responsible for negotiating multimillion dollar medical supply and equipment contracts covering nearly 1,000 hospitals nationwide, including many of the largest university-affiliated hospitals in the country.
Dennis has always had his “toe in the water” of real estate industry as an investor and home owner for over 30 years. He has owned various investment properties in California, Nevada and Hawaii and is very familiar with the 1031 exchange process because of those experiences.
Dennis has helped countless buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals over the past decade and looks forward to continuing to assist buyers and sellers, from a homeowner or investor standpoint, maximize their return on investment in the residential real estate market.

Michelle is a Reno native who married her high school sweetheart Tim Andrade. The Andrade’s were blessed with 4 awesome children.
Michelle and her family spent five years in Southern California where she worked for one of the largest casinos as an assistant slot manager. Michelle loved her job but was homesick and returned to northern Nevada in 2016. The move was just the boost Michelle needed to start her own real estate business. Michelle completed her courses quickly, passed her exams and became licensed in January 2017. She joined the Board of Realtors shortly following. In such a short time, it is evident that Michelle has found her home in real estate.
Michelle is a kind soul with a big heart and finds joy in helping others in her community. Whether she is helping with a food or clothing drive or being a team mom to many of the sports her sons play, Michelle believes in giving back more than she has received.
